(114) Hot and juicy

I am the first to admit that I am not an authority on anything Chinese but I will also be the first to declare that these dumplings (the Japanese call them “shoronpo” or 小籠包) deserve a place next to paper and gunpowder as one of China’s most important discoveries. The shop is in Yokohama’s Chinatown and is called “Wang Fu Jing” or something like that –I did mention that I’m not very well versed in Chinese things, didn’t I?
