(1013) Big stores...

...like Mitsukoshi (三越) in Nihonbashi have also big decorations. This here is the statue titled "Celestial Maiden" (in Japanese, "tenyo"/天女) which was created in 1960 by master engraver Gengen Sato (佐藤 玄々, 1888-1963) and which for Mitsukoshi symbolizes "sincerity" (in Japanese, "magokoro"/真心) the company's core value.
