(1371) Cost of life

As I have written before, even if you don't look very hard, you can find in Japanese supermarkets some very good bargains. Here. for example, we had shrimp in spicy sauce, breaded chicken cutlets, a small, four-slice pizza, two hot-dogs and three onigiri with a total cost of 840 yen i.e. 7,50 dollars. The reason? The onigiri were 20% down and the rest of the stuff were 50% down because it was night and the supermarket wanted to get rid of its stock.
