Sky Tree (スカイツリー) is a very tall (2,080 ft) tower about which I have written extensively in the past. Tendon (天丼) is a very nice dish where various ingedients fried in the tempura (天ぷら) style are served in a bowl of rice. I don't know what the Skytree Tendon mentioned in the sign is but I do know that you can take a picture of yourself as it if you put your head in the hole and because I have a suspicion, I intend to investigate a little further.
